Every year the Patient Participation Group conducts a Speedy Survey and over a two week period last year 1029 patients completed questionnaires. The survey highlighted considerable dissatisfaction with the appointments system, and an increase from 34% to 51% of patients rating waiting times in surgery less than good.
The practice has altered the way appointments are managed in an attempt to reduce waiting times and we now want to see if this has improved waiting times.
